Do credits expire?

No. Any unused credits will roll over into the next month. Even if you cancel your PRO membership, you'll still have access to all the credits you received while you were subscribed.

Is the checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is handled through the Stripe checkout. Stripe is a Merchant that is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). When you make a purchase, you are actually paying Stripe through their secure, compliant checkout. Stripe then pays us after handling taxes and compliance, at no cost for you.

Do you keep my card details?

No. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not have any access to your card details apart from the last 4 digits of your card number and your transaction reference issued by Stripe for payment tracking and allocation purposes only.

Can I pay with Crypto?

Yes. Payment with crypto is available, secure and powered by NowPayments. Network fees are added during the payment process and come on top of our packages pricing. Payment handling taxes and compliance processing fess raised by NowPayment as included in the our packages pricing and at no cost for you.

Can I get a refund?

Before purchasing any of our coins package, you have been credited of free coins at sign-up, as a FREE TRIAL, you can use your free coins to test proof our prompt generator and make your own experiences. After you feel confident with our services and decide to purchase any of our coins packages, you can still request a refund. The refund amount depends on how much coins you used and the reasons for wanting a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Do I need to subscribe?

No. Even if subscriptions possibilities will be offered in the future, our main goal is to keep ongoing with our coins credit pack. Our packages are one time purchase, without subscription requirements and with no hidden fees.

Can I get more coins credit without paying?

Yes. You may claim free coins by taking our free courses, participating in events and our eco-system (follow our social media for updates and schedule of ongoing and upcoming activities).

What happens if I run out of coins?

You can top up your coins at any time at our low priced coins package. Topups are a flexible way for you to manage your coins. Simply choose the amount you want, anytime that suits you.

Will I still get free coins topup if my account show 0 credit balance?

Yes. Everyone is eligible for free coins topup, regardless of your current credit balance or whether you've or you've not purchased coins.

What if my prompt generation fails / is marked as "error"?

We know not all generation are successful. If your prompt generation fails, your credits will be automatically refunded and you can try again.

How many prompts can I generate per coin?

As a thumb of rule, you can expect the generator to consume 1 coin per prompt generation as we automatically detect which AI model is the best and the cheapest to handle your prompt generation. In the future, we will implement an option for you to choose the AI model behind the generation, while this give you more choice it may also increase your coins spending per prompt generation.
