Senior Financial Manager (with Fundraising Experience)
Own the full financial function of an early-stage AI education startup. Lead budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, financial modeling, cap table management, monthly reporting, and investor communications.
Play a central role in fundraising: prepare pitch materials, manage due diligence processes, negotiate term sheets, and maintain strong investor relations. Proven experience closing seed or Series A rounds in tech, edtech or SaaS is essential — ideally with demonstrated ability to extend runway and hit key milestones.
Bonus: experience with Dutch / EU startup incentives, SAFE / convertible notes, R&D tax credits, or grant co-financing structures.
Senior Grant Funding Manager
Lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of non-dilutive funding from governmental bodies, EU programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, Digital Europe), national innovation funds, educational & AI-focused NGOs, incubators, accelerators, and international organizations.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of grant & subsidy opportunities. Own the full application process: strategy, narrative development, budget preparation, consortium coordination (when applicable), and submission. Demonstrate proven success in securing six- and seven-figure grants in tech, edtech, AI, or deep-tech domains.
Ideal candidate has a strong track record of winning competitive public & philanthropic funding, excellent writing & storytelling skills for non-technical reviewers, deep understanding of eligibility criteria, reporting obligations, and post-award compliance. Experience with EU framework programmes, national R&D tax credits, or innovation vouchers is a strong plus.
Senior Growth Manager
Define and execute the full growth playbook from day one. Own user acquisition (paid + organic), conversion rate optimization, onboarding flows, retention & reactivation campaigns, SEO/ASO, content distribution, referral programs, and strategic partnerships.
Build and analyze experiments across channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, X/TikTok organic, email, affiliates). Use data (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar) to identify high-leverage opportunities and double down on what works.
Ideal background: scaled at least one consumer or B2C education/tech product from 0 to 10k+ MAU. Comfortable wearing many hats in a very small team — scrappy, analytical, creative, and fast-moving.
Senior Sales Manager – Advertising & Sponsors
Build and close our first revenue pipeline through high-value advertising partnerships, branded content deals, sponsorships, and premium placement agreements with AI tool companies, edtech brands, large language model providers, universities, and enterprise clients.
Own outbound prospecting, pitch deck creation, relationship building, negotiation, and contract closing. Target 5–6 figure deals that align with our mission to democratize AI education.
You should bring a strong network in AI, SaaS, or education, proven success selling sponsorships or performance-based advertising, excellent written & verbal communication, and comfort operating in a startup with evolving inventory and audience metrics.
Senior AI Tech Manager
Lead the technical backbone of FANAJO. Oversee platform architecture, LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, open-source models), RAG systems, prompt chaining & tooling, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, and reliability/scalability.
Coordinate with freelance/contract developers, ensure clean code practices, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Vercel), implement monitoring & alerting, and keep costs under control while delivering fast, high-quality user experiences.
Deep hands-on experience with generative AI systems, Python and/or Node.js, prompt engineering at production scale, and building educational or creator tools is required. Bonus: experience with multimodal models, fine-tuning, or agent frameworks.
Social Media Specialist
Own and grow FANAJO’s presence across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord. Create and publish engaging content that educates, entertains, and converts AI-curious people into active learners and community members.
Develop viral formats (threads, short videos, carousels, memes), run campaigns & giveaways, collaborate with AI creators/influencers, monitor trends, and turn community feedback into product ideas.
You should already be deeply embedded in the AI / prompt engineering online scene, understand what resonates with technical & creative audiences, and have a track record of growing niche communities organically (bonus if you’ve managed accounts >10k–50k followers).
